All In: Garry Galloway’s Rise at HR Louisville Group
Garry grew up in Elizabethtown, Kentucky, as one of eleven siblings in a home where adaptability wasn’t optional—it was necessary. Life in a large family taught him early how to adjust, stay grounded, and keep moving forward regardless of circumstances. Those lessons shaped the foundation he still operates from today: discipline, resilience, and an unwillingness to quit when things get difficult.
Much of Garry’s mindset was shaped by the people around him. His parents, Katherine Williams and Garry Sr., instilled consistency and responsibility, while his uncles, James Bradley and the late Shanon Brown, introduced him to business thinking and hustle. Coaches and mentors reinforced the importance of staying ready for every opportunity. Combined with his experience in football, where it was always “next play,” Garry carried that same mindset into how he approaches challenges and opportunities.
Finding His Path at HR Louisville Group
Garry started his journey at HR Louisville Group in October 2025, and it wasn’t something he expected to completely shift his perspective. What could have been just another opportunity quickly became something much bigger once he experienced the team’s energy and the environment around him. Instead of hesitation, he found curiosity, and that turned into full commitment as he began to understand the opportunity in front of him.
One moment in particular shifted everything. Early on, he watched coworker Zachary Schweinsberg become the top seller for the month. Right before going solo, Zach told him, “Garry, I really think you’ll be great at this business, and I believe in you.”

That moment stuck. It wasn’t just encouragement—it was belief from someone who had already proven success. From there, Garry leaned into the process, stopped second-guessing, and committed fully to learning the business.
Growth, Routine, and Leadership Development
Since joining HR Louisville Group, Garry has grown in ways that go far beyond technical skill. Mentally, he describes becoming tougher, more disciplined, and more aware of his responses to adversity. Rejection no longer slows him down—it fuels him.
He also carries a strong competitive edge. He describes his mindset as having a “chip on his shoulder,” always wanting to win, no matter the task. That drive pushes him to improve constantly rather than compare himself to others.
For Garry, leadership is rooted in inclusion and energy. He leads with a gracious approach, making sure people feel heard and supported. In his words:
“I want everyone to feel included; no person left behind.”
He also believes culture starts at the top. Standards have to be set, and people have to actually live by them. He connects a lot of that back to sports—where structure, accountability, and knowing your role matter.
Motivation and What Comes Next
At the center of Garry’s motivation is family. His goal is simple but deeply personal: retire his mom, support his grandmother, and build something generational for the future. That urgency drives everything he does, especially the feeling that time cannot be wasted.

He also holds tightly to a mindset shaped by Tony Robbins: focus on where you want to go, not what you fear. For Garry, fear is not a stopping point but something to move through.
Looking ahead, he sees himself continuing to grow within HR Louisville Group while stepping into greater leadership and ownership opportunities. He measures success through discipline, reflection, and progress toward long-term goals written out and tracked daily.
For anyone starting their journey, Garry keeps his advice simple: stay consistent, control what you can, and don’t quit when things get difficult because your opportunity will come, and when it does, you have to be ready to take it.
